TOQ Dienstleistungs-GmbH, with its headquarters in Jena, was founded in 2000 and has been providing services especially in the food industry since then. In 2015, TOQ Personalleasing GmbH was founded with the aim of supporting our customers even more flexibly and at short notice within the framework of employee leasing. TOQ Personalleasing GmbH is a member of the Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ e.V.) and holds an unlimited permit to supply temporary workers in accordance with § 1 AÜG.

We do not recruit our employees on the local labour market, but supra-regionally abroad.

Our management structure guarantees a close system of personal on-site consultation by our property managers and central employee support in Jena. We have profound experience and knowledge in the meat processing industry, especially in the areas of sausage production, packaging and the production of convenience products, but also in the dairy and bakery industry as well as in the processing of fruit and vegetables.

The experience of recent years in dealing with personnel shows how important close and personal support for employees has become in the work environment as well as in their personal lives. In order to prepare employees for their new jobs in the best possible way and to ensure a continuously good and motivated way of working, we support employees in dealing with numerous matters such as help in finding suitable accommodation at the place of work, accompaniment in dealing with authorities (registration office, health insurance, opening a bank account) as well as transport between the place of residence and the place of work.
