Employee leasing
TOQ Personalleasing GmbH was founded in 2015 with the aim of, ... to support our customers even more flexibly and at short notice. By using temporary workers, we can quickly fill vacancies at our clients during peak order periods and economic fluctuations. Temporary employment involves the temporary loan of an employee by our clients as the hirer. The employee is employed by TOQ Personalleasing GmbH as the hirer and performs his work for the customer.
TOQ Personalleasing is a member of the Interest group German Temporary Employment Agencies (iGZ e.V.) and holds an unlimited permit to supply temporary workers in accordance with § 1 AÜG.
Contract for work
Within the framework of the legal requirements, we can also act as a contracting company for our clients. ... and thus contribute to an efficient and economic production of the contracting company.
In a contract for work and services, a contractor is commissioned with the production of a work. With the contract, the commissioned party undertakes to produce the promised work at the price agreed with the purchaser (cf. §§ 631 BGB ff). With this order, the manufacturer acts independently as an entrepreneur. This means that he decides himself how and with which means of work, by which employees and with what expenditure of time the order is to be completed. The responsibility for the production of the "work" and the complete liability for the final result therefore lies solely with TOQ Dienstleistungs-GmbH, which in turn produces the work with its own employees. The client will only be invoiced for the accepted final result, not for the labour or working time.

In addition, we offer you further services in connection with the organisation of the recruitment as well as continuous personnel support for the integration of the new employee in the company.
