Your tasks
- Receipt of goods and quality inspection of raw material according to the product specification
- Weighing of the charges according to product specifications
- Setting up and guiding the production machines and equipment (cutters)
- Mixing of different meat value assortments with the addition of spices and additives
- Monitoring of the production process
- Carrying out quality controls
- Bookings and documentation by means of electronic data processing
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of the functioning of operational plant and machinery

- General PC knowledge
